The NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Health and Safety Leadership Excellence develops the leadership skills of delegates to ensure that they can lead their team confidently and guide them on effective health and safety practice.
What is the NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Health and Safety Leadership Excellence?
Developed by NEBOSH alongside the UK’s Health and Safety Executive, the NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Health and Safety Leadership Excellence is a one-day course which aims to further the leadership skills of its delegates, allowing them to be more effective in leadership roles across their organisation.
The course also details how such leadership can impact the morale of employees, and how this can lead to increased staff productivity and the development of a positive health and safety culture across an organisation.
NEBOSH and HSE have developed the course to be ideal for business leaders such as directors, board members and other senior leaders within an organisation. By providing training to these employees, organisations can ensure they are helmed by strong leaders who always keep the health and safety of their teams in mind.
