The qualification will be assessed by an experienced and qualified assessor. Each candidate is required to produce a portfolio of work-based evidence which demonstrates their achievement of all the learning outcomes and assessment criteria for each unit. Evidence can include:

 ✓ Observation report by assessor

✓ Assignments/projects/reports

✓ Professional discussion

✓ Witness testimony

✓ Worksheets

✓ Record of oral and written question

Candidates will receive a template to document their workplace competency evidence and their responses to knowledge questions. Upon submission, the assessor will review the evidence and provide feedback. The feedback will either confirm that the learning outcome has been achieved or offer detailed guidance on how to improve the submission to meet the required standards. Each candidate is required to produce a portfolio of evidence, demonstrating that they have achieved all the learning outcomes and assessment criteria for each unit.
