The Challenge
Phoenix was approached to provide the IOSH Managing Safely course to all Sytner’s existing managers, as well as develop a solution to provide enrolment for new managers joining the organisation, so they can benefit from the skills the course provides.
Sytner needed the IOSH course to be distributed across all UK dealerships, with structured monitoring needed so the progress of each delegate could be tracked without the need for face-to-face review sessions, making it a convenient option for busy professionals.
Another important objective was to create a delivery mechanism that would require limited administration from both the providers and the recipients of the course, making it easy and efficient for everyone involved.
